General terms and conditions

Minimum stay 2 nights. For certain times, such as Ascension Day, Whitsun and in December we reserve the right to a minimum stay of 3 nights. When booking you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice from us. Payment is usually made in advance by bank transfer. On request you can also pay cash on arrival.

The prices published at the time of booking apply. These include electricity, gas, water, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, parking, WLAN.
Price changes and errors excepted!
The visitor's tax levied by the city of Quedlinburg must be paid additionally on arrival and will be paid by us to the city.

If you have to cancel your stay, you can withdraw from the rental contract up to 14 days before arrival. In this case we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of 15,00 EUR.
In case of a later cancellation within the 14 days we retain 80 percent of the invoice amount.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or unfounded non-appearance without prior cancellation, we regret that we are unable to make a refund.
Please consider an external travel cancellation insurance!

Arrival between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. Other arrival times are only possible by arrangement.
Departure until 10.00 a.m. or later by arrangement, should not be followed by subsequent bookings.
